The result contains taskReferences, handlers, targetReferences, and diagnostics.
The analyzer identifies supported static source forms. Dynamic references can remain for runtime resolution and produce informational diagnostics.
Do not use this helper as an authorization boundary or as a replacement for runtime execution.
